2. Chop the hot pepper and mix with olive oil, salt& pepper. Mix the chilli with cream cheese, feta and yogurt until the mixture is smooth.
3. Now fill the pepper halves with the mixture.
You can enjoy this meal also hot- just do not add the yogurt and put the pepper in the oven after filled.

2. Peel out the pits and coat the pepper with olive oil.
3. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (Top Bottom Heat) and then put the pepper inside. Wait until the skin is getting dark (nearly black) and then take them out.
4. Put the pepper on a cutting board and cover with a cloth and let stand for a few minutes.

2. Cut the pointed pepper into halves and core. Preheat your oven to 200 °C Top Bottom Heat and then put the halves, with the skin on top, into the oven. Wait until the skin is getting nearly black and then take out the pepper.
3. Wait approx. 10 minutes and then you can peel of the skin. Now mix the pepper with the delicious vinagrette.

2. Wash, halve and core the pointed pepper and then cut into small cubes and mix it with the mango. Also cut the shallots and hot pepper into small cubes and add to the pepper-mango salsa. Now add some lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
